Big show this week with a lot of content for you! Matt and Hank are back with the biggest topics in sports along with some great spirits industry coverage. 

We can't miss out on commenting on the Phelps vs Shark event during Shark Week (5:30).

We'll start off the sports talk with a quick recap of the Open Championship. Our thoughts on the amazing run by Jordan Spieth to take the Claret Jug (9:00).

After that Clayton Kershaw is out with a back injury. What does that mean for the Dodgers going forward? (12:30). 

One of the biggest topics lately has been the ousting of Hugh Freeze at Ole Miss. Our thoughts on that situation plus potential replacements (16:30).

Then we head back to Tales of the Cocktail to continue our coverage. We'll talk with Graciela Gonzalez of Luxco about the Make it Exotico Cocktail Competition and Exotico Tequila (26:30). We also wrap up the show with a visit from the winner Megan Deschaine (57:30).

And we continue our NFL division previews this time discussion the AFC East. Get our predictions for each team and more!

Hosts Matt East and Hank Allen back together for a huge episode 44! Hank is at Tales of the Cocktail, and we are bringing you the beginning portions of tons of content from this massive annual event. We start by talking to Han Shan of Hudson Whiskey. 

We also discuss the Dave Gettleman firing by the Carolina Panthers and break down the NFC West with our full preview of the Arizona Cardinals, L.A. Rams, San Francisco 49ers, and Seattle Seahawks.

We're a week away from Tales of the Cocktail! Matt's out this week so the third member of our team fills in with Hank in this episode. 

We'll start this show with a great interview with Charlotte Voisey (4:15), the Director of Brand Advocacy for William Grant and Sons. She gives us a preview of WGS participation at Tales of the Cocktail, and also some great insight into the beverage industry and some of the recent trends. 

After that we're talking about a couple topics in the sports world centered around Houston. We'll discuss the reason for the Astros success so far this season (22:00), and what Chris Paul will mean for the Rockets (26:40). Nathan is based in Houston and will give us some context from the city. 

Then we'll talk craft beer. Nathan will give us some of his local brewery rankings, followed by describing what it takes to get started brewing your own beer at home. (35:00).  

Plus looking forward to a trip to try more beer in Granbury and Shiner, Texas (47:00).

Matt and Hank are back for Episode 42 this week! We'll start off with some random topics as always including dropping some knowledge on hurricanes and storm surge. Then we get into our MLB first half recap and headlines heading into the All-Star break (9:00). We'll also discuss why we think the home run derby isn't as popular as it used to be, along with the NBA dunk contest (21:00). 

After that we'll give our thoughts on some of the latest free agent moves in the NBA and what it means for those teams including the Celtics (24:30). 

Then we continue our big series previewing the NFL divisions. Today we examine the NFC north. We'll give you the keys for each team plus how we think they'll finish (27:00). 

Finally we'll wrap it up talking about some summer drinks. What's in our glass and also a rum you need to try this summer (51:00).
